Why do people with handwork lack honesty? I've given a friend who does furniture job to make a bed frame for me over a month which was initially supposed to be delivered just a week after.
I have called and called even gave my soldier friend his number to threaten and he promised that if he didn't bring it last Friday they should do whatever they like. This is someone I know both hIs house and shop. Should I involve soldiers in this since he already said they should do whatever they like. House what should I do? This is my first time of encountering something like this.

Next time be wary of giving such jobs to friends or relations usually doesn't end well. Do whatever you can to retrieve your money or get the job done within the law undecided undecided undecided undecided

Don’t do what you will regret later

Using the law is just your best shot

Should I report him to the police or just hand it over to my soldier friends?

Involve ur soldiers then ask them to take him to the police station and give a job delivery ultimatum (if possible involve their association, them no dey like shame). Do this and you will get ur job delivered tho u may not get money back.

firstly why would you involve a soldier in a civilian matter? And if I was that soldier friend of URS C.O(commanding officer). I would just dismiss him for unprofessionalism. So what is the wrk of police? Some soldiers bring Dem self too low to de extents de can be used anyhow all because of friendship

Police is not your friend. Boss! I don't like having anything to do with them.
