To those who stutters or have lived with someone that does
Please is it advisable for someone who stutters to study MASS COMMUNICATION or THEATRE ARTS even though that's such person's dream
Note: The stutter isn't chronic

I stammer when emotional and I'm going to study theatre arts in the university.

just like mine i tend to stammer more when I'm over anything (sad, happy, angry, talking e.t.c)

Have it ever gotten to a point where you lost your self confidence?

Like,I read books alot,when reading to my family members I don't stammer and they tell me I'm a good reader,but when in public places like church,school...I struggle with words starting with P,C or B

My confidence is still in but I condone some things that I shouldn't have accepted from anybody on a norms, just because I'm trying to avoid arguement or any other thing that will make me stammer the more, hence I do get cheated alot especially at my working place

Got involved in a facade with my elder sister this evening,many things I left unsaid is killing me inside.Really wished I can say how I feel about many things.

Just watch his video about stutter and how he overcome it. By just talking to yourself three time the thing you want to talk before saying it. Example some one ask you ... How are you.
Reply just to yourself three times. I am fine I am fine I am find them say it out to the person that asked you how are you. Loud I am fine

I feel texting is irrelevant because it doesn't express your feelings the way you want it.
