It's so sad that after 3 months of Failed data purchase, MTN Nigeria has failed to refund my 22,000 They keep telling me same thing on Twittwr and WhatApp. Below is my chat with their support on Twitter this morning. I get similar message almost every week. Does any one have similar experience?
