Mod of this forum are biased, you should know your platform nairaland.com ran ads for Instantcoins.ng making them popular. There are hundreds of post concerning the issue of instantcoins.ng not fulfilling their obligations after collecting crypto, causing untold hardship and pains, they don't reply to emails, phone numbers are switched off. Push this to front page let them come resolve customers issues.

I ask once again why is it so hard for a company to have a active help desk? Hiding under automation which isn't working as it should be!!! Mod still wouldn't move this to front page, instantcoins.ng must answer.

They are supposed to be one of the best cryptocurrency exchange. I exchanged $150 since the 29th, theres no way to reach them. Phone line switched off social media handles were turned private, they don't respond to emails. On top this harsh economy they de use style to chop my 104k.

They are not bankrupt, the owners are currently cracking chicken bones and drinking something chilled, about driving their Mercedes Benz GLK back to their base... They didn't even finish their food sef...

Nairaland is the "supposed potential helper" 'cause they paid money for advertisement here, and yes, some members of instantcoins are nairalanders.

It is not your fault in anyway... In the US and some countries the owner will have a case in court, look at Sam Fried, Caroline Elisson, at some point Kucoin could have been in trouble during the Luna crisis. Here in Africa Nigeria, it is not always easy. The next step is convert people's cash to loan app firm, making it look legit and to bypass money laundering.
