i transferred 180k to my account on xmas day last year 2022 and later kept depositing and to my surprise my account was frozen. i went straight to the bank with necessary documents and the customer care girl asked me to fill necessary forms and she said she will use AVR or something, so it will be done faster. she said normally its takes 2 weeks but due to what she used for me, it will only take 1 week. yesterday makes it a week now and nothing has been done. i am confused and frustrated. please anyone know what i can do?
