Hello Everyone ..

I want to share some bitter Experiences regarding sale of my Personal Property .

Why is it that some People are so Heartless .
To me there are some things i can't Just do .

It's the Third time i will have such Experience .
I have a Personal property i have for sale which i wrote about on here .

On three Occasions i have had three very serious buyers that are Intrested but were not in Nigeria .

The first one assured me of buying even after buying he Promised to assist me with Extra Cash for the Project i needed the funds for .

He sent a friend of His to Come for Inspection .He told me he is Satistied ,i as well told him to freely gets back to the Town to come for another Investigation in my absence ,I even took him to my Personal House ,Family Receipt..Lawyer ready to Prepare Deed ,Family i bought it from ever willing to Sign.
Told them to bring there Surveyor to come take cordinates and Verify that its not under Government Aquired Land which i have done before .

The Friend left With Positive words.
He asked me what i would give him ,i told him my story and at the same time willing to give him 100k out of the money paid for my property .We Agreed .
He left Happily . I asked him.if there are any other things he needs to know which is not clear to him ,he said nothing. I was just been humble amd transparent because i knew he is the thin god i need ,His Recommedation is all i needed for the Abroad man to buy .

All of a Sudden the Buyer Abroad Stopped talking to me ,Someone who talks to me everyday ,Someone who has more eagerness to buy and help me .

I was Shocked ,I asked His friend that i hope he was not the one that Discouraged his friend Abroad ,because its Obvious ,He denied it .

I sents a Voice note to the Man Abroad of my feelings and thought ,the Voice notes touched him ,he later Disclosed to me that His Friend in Nigeria is the one that discouraged him and finds another Property for him which he later bought .Funny Enough its even more Expensive than Mine .I asked on What Ground ,he said well ,His Nigerian friends just told him my Property was ok but He should buy the one he just found.

He told me to keep this Confidential as he would not want me to feel he is the one that refuses to buy .
He Stated how seriouse he was willing to help me.
This Man Later gave me a Gift of 50k
To make it Short.i have had this kind of experience 3 Times, Two from Abroad Customers friend sent for Inspection and one Estate agent.

My question is this .
Why are some people this Heartless and wicked to the extent of blocking other People way from an Helper ?

This Saddened My heart and makes me Depressed .I wont ever do this to any one .
