A brief just arrive my desk this night from a client who URGENTLY needs 60plots (10 Acres) of land around
Lekki Free Trade Zone for Immediate development.

Budget: N350,000 - N450, 000 per plot.

Title: Complete Gazette (MUST)

Note: The 60plots MUST be together and Not too far from the road.

Are the plots adjoining one another?
Are the plots in an Estate?
What infrastructure exists, Roads, electricity, water etc.
What title, Gazetted , C of O etc.
When can i view?
Finaly what is your best price for the lot.
