Controversial British-American online influencer Andrew Tate has lost a bid to end his detention in Romania.

Tate was detained alongside his brother Tristan last month as part of an investigation into allegations of human trafficking and rape, which they deny.

Authorities suspect the pair, along with two Romanian nationals, of running "an organised crime group".

Police will continue to hold the group for their 30-day period, after a court rejected the appeal on Tuesday.

Earlier, Mr Tate was seen carrying what appeared to be a copy of the QURAN as he walked into Bucharest Appeal Court handcuffed to his brother.

After the arrests on 29 December, police said they had identified six people who were allegedly "sexually exploited" by what it called an "organised criminal group".

Police alleged the victims were "recruited" by the British citizens, who they said misrepresented their intention to enter into a relationship with the victims - which it called "the loverboy method".

They were later forced to perform in pornographic content under threat of violence, a statement alleged.

The Tates' lawyer, Eugen Vidineac, has said his clients rejected all the allegations. Born in the US before moving to the UK, Mr Tate, 36, went on to have a successful career as a kickboxer. In 2016, he was removed from the British version of reality TV show Big Brother over a video which appeared to show him attacking a woman. He went on to set up a "webcam business", which he described as "adult entertainment".

He found global notoriety, with Twitter banning him for saying women should "bear responsibility" for being sexually assaulted. He has since been reinstated.

But despite social media bans he gained popularity, particularly among young men, by promoting an ultra-masculine, ultra-luxurious lifestyle.

Picture below shows Andrew Tate and his brother in Handcuff arriving the court house. They were later seen in handcuff being led into a waiting law enforcement van. Two other ladies can also be seen in handcuffs alongside the brothers.

Scumbag. I once thought he's nothing but a manipulator and a thief... But he's also a human trafficker and a rapists. May he rot!

Nairaland association of Redpillers would come here to defend this lowlife because they think the West is like Nigeria where people are detained without cause. There's been an investigation, a thorough investigation. This isn't the matrix, so don't drop that bs. If he's guilty, he'll do the time.

Imagine if this were a feminist. They would be mastubating all over this news.

May God deliver women from Redpillers.

Again.

Andrew Tate loses appeal against asset seizures.

A court in Romania’s capital Bucharest has rejected an appeal by the divisive social media personality Andrew Tate against asset seizures by prosecutors who are investigating him on charges of being part of an organized crime group and human trafficking, an official said Wednesday.

On Tuesday, a court upheld a judge’s Dec. 30 move to extend their arrest from 24 hours to 30 days.

In a separate hearing Wednesday at the Bucharest Tribunal, Tate lost an appeal that challenged assets seized by prosecutors, including properties and a fleet of luxury cars, said Ramona Bolla, a spokesperson for Romanian anti-organized crime agency DIICOT.

The court “decided that the seizures are legal and (that) the goods remain at our disposal,” she told The Associated Press.

Prosecutors investigating the case have so far seized 15 luxury cars — 11 in December raids and four last week — at least seven of which are owned by the Tate brothers, and more than 10 properties and land owned by companies registered to them. Bolla said is not clear whether any assets seized since December were included in Wednesday’s appeal.

If prosecutors can prove the Tates gained money through human trafficking, Bolla said that the assets could be used to cover the expenses of the investigation and compensation for victims.

Before the court ruling Wednesday Constantin Gliga, one of the lawyers representing Tate, told the media that the asset seizures are disproportional to the charges.

DIICOT said it has identified six victims in the human trafficking case who were subjected to “acts of physical violence and mental coercion” and were sexually exploited by the members of the alleged crime group.

The agency said victims were lured by pretenses of love, and later intimidated, kept under surveillance and subjected to other control tactics while being coerced into performing in pornography that was intended to make money for their alleged persecutors.

Tate, a former professional kickboxer who has reportedly lived in Romania since 2017, was previously banned from various prominent social media platforms for expressing misogynistic views and hate speech.

Welp, Romanian authorities will make an example out of him. Alfa mails across the globe are quaking, imagine looking up to someone who outed himself with a pizza box.

No conspiracy here, he committed a crime and was dumb enough to publicly brag about it then doxxed/exposed himself in an even dumber way.

Also, Tupac died in a petty gang rift by involving himself in a ‘beef’ that he wasn’t even involved in. No conspiracy there either, just less than smart decisions

How can you create 32 genders and expect everyone to accept it as the norm. Then you feminize boys and they grow up thinking themselves as females and you are ready to use payer's funds to sponsor expensive sex change surgeries while abandoning homeless men on the streets some of them war veterans.

Then Andrew Tate starts telling men about their place in the society according to the Bible and Koran and all hell is let loose and they want to silence him by every means because he is spoiling the LGBTQRATF new world order plans for humanity
