So he should be submitting accounts to the authorities for a company no longer doing business in the UK? So all the people who register company names here in this country have to submit yearly accounts whether the company is operating or not abi? Nbote:Why has he refused to open his company's books ?, what is he hiding?. In countries that work. you can't be doing business, making profits , yet refuse accountability. It's not easy for Mr. "A" to politically compete with Mr. "B" that is not corrupt. In this case, Mr. "A" must make sure he proves that Mr. "B" is a THIEF like HIM so as to strike a balance in the competition. "Anambra didn't buy me a bottle of water, I didn't steal their penny...after my government I openly declared how much I saved for the state...I called EFCC to come and audit and check if I stole.
