ABE ATTENDS BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION OF COLE

Last night, frontline Governorship candidate in Rivers State, Governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) and incoming Governor of Rivers State, Distinguished Senator Magnus Abe attended the birthday celebration of his brother and friend, Pastor Tonye Cole.

Senator Abe, civilized, urbane, polished and enlightened, continues to conduct himself in public as an exemplary leader, remarkable statesman and decent Rivers man who understands that politics is a contest of conflicting ideas and not war or a vocation of animosity.

His actions, conduct and utterances in this campaign period have been seasoned with love, high in factual content and replete with decorum.

It is because of Abe that the heat of Rivers politics in this campaign season is diffused and tension de-escalated.

Whilst wishing Pastor Tonye Cole happy birthday, I salute this rare gem called Senator Abe who is leading the way in Rivers State for a new kind of politics that secures the health of the state and harmony therein.

Senator Abe stands tall on all front and is leading the moral crusade in Rivers politics.
