But if the standard is the Bible, then such antichrist ideas could be backed up using some examples and teachings in the Bible that do not tally with Christ's teachings.

There's a reason why Jesus specifically instructed His disciples to teach all men to keep His own teachings. Matthew 28:20

Those who are truly His followers would abide by His teachings, but the false ones would want to use certain examples and teachings in the Bible to justify such ideas, even though they clearly goes against Christ's teachings.

Morally, it is very wrong. Imagine the wives seeing each other totally naked, comparing their breast and buttock size and most importantly, how good they are in bed will only lead to a deep jealousy and hatred.

It can even lead to the death of the husband because they will try to compete with each other and over stress the husband.

I personally do not like Polygamy based on preference but you people should stop ignorantly making it seems like Polygamy is a sin.. If you have no other Bible verse to support your assumption just rest, because if you read that verse chapter from 20, you will know God was talking to Adam and eve which was the first and only man and woman at that time.. Abraham, David, Solomon, etc none of them fell out with God for being polygamous, only Solomon was recorded for almost falling out with God because of his desire for foreign women who lured him into serving other false foreign gods...... Polygamy as a sin is for the western culture who tag Polygamy bad and accepts same sex marriage, you people should stop translating what the western culture do not like into what God do not like... leave what u are saying you people should stop assuming what God says and does not... Do well and read Deuteronomy 21: 10-17(especially 15 to 17), 2nd Samuel 5:13, 2nd Samuel 12:8, exodus 21:10 etc.. See bro take ur time ans read it all up... Even our creator never for once rebuked those who married more than one wife, for Polygamy sake, infact in some instances he gave the Wives of some persons to other persons as in case of 2nd Samuel 12:8..

I Do not like when you people assume to know what God meant by a particular text in the bible, or assume what God said in the bible and yet discredit other parts of the same very bible you use in proving same point of your.. After you have given your life to JESUS Christ, the next thing is to sit down with your family and explain to them that in this my new way of life, it is not permitted to stay with two wives, (most likely the one you married as the second wife needs to go) after you people understand each other you can even compensate the one you let go and still maintain your children if you have with her.
