Our client is looking for a professional, sales, customer service-oriented Store Manager to oversee the daily operations at a saloon. As the store manager, you will fill stylist rental seats and supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include running ads to fill in hair stylist workstations, managing the overall welfare of the shop, and monitoring inventory levels.

The ideal candidate must improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.

Salary: 80 to 100k

Hours: Monday through Saturday 8am to 7pm

Store Manager Responsibilities:


1. Conducting social media campaigns to fill rental hair stylist workstations.
2. Supervise all hairstylists to ensure the store runs effectively and efficiently.
3. Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
5. Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
6. Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff.
7. Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
8. Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
9. Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
10. Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
11. Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
12. Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.

Requirements:
-OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree
-At least 3 to 5 years of previous experience as a Hair Stylist.
- Leadership skills.
- Outstanding sales and digital marketing skills.
