I don't know if anyone is experiencing this too. I think it was a few weeks ago, in early December 2022. I recharged my Glo line for #200 and immediately made a call, which lasted about 2 hours. After I hung up the call. It became clear to me that the call duration was unusually. Then I attempted to check my balance, but it was unsuccessful. I made another call the following days, talking for at least 2 hours until I realized on the fifth day that none of my calls were going through. I've been recharging without seeing the amount or using the credit since then.And anytime I checked my balance after recharge 0.00 was always displayed and wouldn't be able to make calls.
Two days ago I was advised by a friend to check the balance or try to borrow may be my main account balance would be displayed. I tried it and it shows that I'm owing #150.
Seriously I don't know how I borrowed money was thinking it might be due to my previous calls. So this night I decided to recharge #350 from my account, so that I would be able to sub on it(#500 sub). Unfortunately I was still unable to see my account balance,make any call or browse. Then I reached out to the glo customer care, through their livechat and was attended to by one Mr uche. The pictures of our conversation were attached below.
" He told me I was part of the beneficiaries of the "benefits" so I'm still owing them #409.
Pls when did we start paying for unsolicited benefits? The benefit I didn't request for?
If this were to be MTN,I wouldn't have been botherd but for adenuga to be using this wicked method to rub us is really baffling me

I know Nigeria is messed up tho... Both send a mail to Consumer protection council.. Google their email , you might end up saving others if you take this up

I mean after recharge 200 card,I made a 2hrs call duration. Since then they've been deducting my charges. Anytime I recharge it always disappears with making or browsing with it. This is 5th time

Is it a crime to make a call?? Sometime I make calls immediately I recharge and won't hangup until I'm out of credit.. You're even trying to shift blame on me for making call? So I'll now be asking them if I'm given bonus before I can make a call?
