Tryna Reduce ur intake of carbonateddrinks tho, noticed in ur threads, you always downloading meals with coke, fanta, sprite and all the carbonated families.
Plain Water is very very okay.
Or fresh fruits with the rich fiber, to download meals always the best recommended healthwise. Some tangerines, oranges, lemons, bananas, pineapples, apples, to download oh yeah!!!! Especially citrus family. Comeon!!!!

If no fresh fruits available , cravjng something sweet to download, then juice (bought or homemade in refrigerator: Most healthy with the pulp & home made witgout too much preservatives) is still a bit manageable than all these carbonated drinks and sodas.

Last month I looked for a restaurant in Lagos where I could satisfy my craving for bang soup, served in those traditional hot plate that will be bubbling. Heard of a place in oregun or so.
The sea food combination looks tight too. Shrimps and the rest you added.
I am told to avoid sea food expecially shrimps to avoid gout flares.
But you know what? I am willing to take the risk to devow this your tasty looking banga and starch!

Your starch face no be here . Next time from the pot serve the starch into a wet deep wide plastic bowl, roll it around, put your hand in water and cut it in two equal halves. Do not separate. Now transfer from bowl to flat plate.

It's just presentation, it does not add flavour.

Everything looks nice and fresh.

The process of stirring the starch was tedious make I nor lie,until it turned solid I had to set the pot down.

As an isoko lady,it's a tradition for we deltans to always eat banga soup in small healthen clay plate.

So I brought out my clay plate,scooped some amounts of soup and fish inside the clay plate then lower the gas then set it on the gas for it to dry and give me the much needed taste
