Job Title: Human Resources Personnel
Job Description:
Our client is a Nigerian real estate company looking for a human resources personnel to help us recruit new employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing conditions of service for employees and other human resources functions.


Responsibilities:
Recruit and re-orientate old and new employees
Promote properties and attract new customers
Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to messages, and monitoring analytics
Develop and publish content, such as blog posts, brochures, and videos
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources management for a real estate marketing
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media and online advertising
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
