We are in need of an experienced national cook with some continental experience in our guest house in the Rumuola area of Port Harcourt. The applicant must be able to cook the different local delicacies such as but not limited to various local soups, isiewu, nkwobi, peppered meat, various pepper soups as well as some continental dishes.... constantly churning out deliciously tasty meals on time and budget. Must be able to prepare mouth watering dishes *Be enthusiastic, tidy, hard working and creative *Able to cook well under pressure, punctual and trustworthy *Ensure that production taste is consistent and timely *Handle and store ingredients and food efficiently *Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes *Maintain food safety and sanitation standards *Able to communicate in english (read & write) Accommodation available!!!
