My experience with Konga.com

I ordered a Sandals early this year. First week of January. Do you know it took Konga and its agent 3 weeks to deliver the item?

The item delivered was totally different from what I ordered and they have this instruction that item must not be open before payment. Scam alert.

Please find below item ordered vs item delivered. The worst part of all... they are yet to refund my money after I returned rhe item to the useless delivery company called BSL.

Initiate a return and refund. They'll refund you.

I initiated return to the delivery company. Items received and marked as returned. Up to this time money is yet to be refunded.
