I really need help in clearing my school registration fees. I got admitted after years of trying. (5th attempt)

The total fees that is left for me to clear is 145k (100k for departmental fees and 45k for school fees) which may seem outrageous. It is actually, because the school is a federal university. The course is medically inclined coupled with government and ASUU tussles, hence the increase in the school fees.

I had a decent budget reserved to support the cause and make it a charitable valentine's day for the needy, but the reception and acceptance is extremely low. Maybe the economy is not pocket-friendly, maybe guys want to shower their sig others with gifts. As no sponsors, no multiple beneficiaries. I will be channeling my funds somewhere else.
