So i have two SIM cards which is for my personal use, plus a third simcard which I keep permanently in my shop and it serves as my business telephone number. Now I am in need of a 4th line due to the poor Network I experience with my business line. What should I do? Can I go buy a 4th sim card?

The NCC act allows you to use your NIN to register 4sims per service provider, example Glo 4sims, MTN 4sims etc.
