All the ATM machines are idle because they are still dispensing old notes. Trust Nigerians for quick money-making syndromes as independent POS operators are hanging around the area changing the new notes for those who are in hurry or who can't withstand the stress of the long queue. The old notes are being changed at the rate of 10% of any amount you want to change. On every 10,000 you will pay 1,000.

I'm back home now, because we were told that the bank will open for business by 10am. I'll soon be going back there once it's quarter to 10.
