Nollywood actress Halima Abubakar is finally speaking and spilling her side of the forbidden romance between her and Apostle Johnson Suleman. As you know, this drama has been going on for almost a decade!
The former Nollywood star told her side of the story and made some shocking revelations on January 20, 2023, during an explosive interview on Instagram. Halima Abubakar claimed that she dated the man of God for six years, adding that when rumours of their secret romance started making the rounds, she sought the pastor for advice on what to say, but he told her to go and delete herself.
The 37-year-old actress, who recently announced the end of her acting career, claimed she didn't know her lover was a pastor when the relationship started in 2009. He told her he was a motivational speaker and into oil and gas. Halima Abubakar revealed that she got pregnant on three occasions for the General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries International, Apostle Johnson Suleman, whom she only knew as Johson then. She also claimed he proposed to her up to seven times… well it looks like she rejected all the proposals.
Halima Abubakar dropped another bombshell by confessing that she had to lie to him that she had a baby in other to get his attention in the year 2020.

Interestingly, Halima Abubakar is not the only one talking. Apostle Suleman's PR manager Stella Dimoko Korkuss countered her interview and claimed that the Nollywood actress demanded 20 million Naira as a settlement from the man of God after the secret romance.
The Former Nollywood actress was forced to come out again in a second interview to counter some of Apostle Suleman's PR manager's claims and also address the 1 Billion lawsuits slammed on her head by her former secret lover as well as the 20 million settlement she demanded from him.
