Hi good people.

I've got myself into some situation, the only way of me getting the job done on time is adding some night time to my schedule.

I've tried so hard but I often sleep like a donkey at night.

Please if you have any sure tip on getting awake throughout the night be it behavioural adjustments, substance intake or any other ways, I'll really appreciate.

Don't worry about me getting mentally exhausted, it'll be for just 3-4 days with days of 8hrs sleep in between.

Give me tips on how to reduce my sleep hours.

Me that is trying to increase my sleeping hours 😅

I'm not using any special technique o.

Most days I do not sleep before 11pm unless my phone is turned off or I don't have mobile data and I still miraculously wake up by 5am daily.

But when I'm extremely stressed, I sleep by 10pm.

I still wonder how people are able to sleep for 7+ hours at night.

The day I'll be able to sleep for 7+ hours consistently for 7 days, I'm going to testify.

If I may ask what is the nature of your job, & how old are you?
Do you leave in Lagos?
What am trying to tell you , you need adequate sleeping time to refresh your body- soul & spirit.
If only you kwn the side effects of lack or inadequate sleep you wouldn't talk like this.
