Palmcredit app is the worst place to get loan as a Nigeria. That loan company will only take you from managing to wreck. How do you explain this?

I used my Sterling bank ATM attached to palmcredit app to repay my loan. I got a debit showing I paid to unknown Xcross or whatever their name is. The loan still remains on their app uncleared. Even if I have money like water, I will never stoop low to be scamed. My loan expires today 29/01/23 which supposed to have been cleared. You want a peace of mind app loans, Fair money and Branch are recommended.
