Study hard. As in.. be intentional about your studies.

Don't make friends. You can have a study group but never make friends.

Don't have a girlfriend. I repeat. Don't do girlfriend tinz and avoid girls in campus at all cost.

Pray everyday. Attend fellowship and also avoid sisters in those fellowship. Not everyone is a real sister.

Dont join them to attend school parties and clubs. Stay on your own.

During hols, never stay back in campus. Go home and spend your hols. You could even get holiday jobs to do do to start getting little experience about the labor market and make small change from it.

I wish you all the best.

Get past questions for every semester exams. You'd be surprised how often lecturers repeat exam questions.

Pay your school fees and dues on time. Don't wait till deadline.

Make friends with the class rep and have his number. Join WhatsApp groups for updates.

Make friends with those coursemates who always seem to have a lot of information and keep yourself informed for opportunities both before and after graduation.

Find a girlfriend that you both enjoy reading and going to classes together during tests and exams. (This is optional, though).

Visit your lecturers in their offices occasionally and salute them.

Don't move off campus until at least 300 level.

It's a very good idea as it will give you a great exposure to many things that will be of benefit to you in the future when you join the corporate world or labour market. Things won't be new to you anymore.
