I was asked the three most important thing i look for in appointing a leader.

Well, one is Discipline; firmness and good decision making ability.

It's important to have a leader who is disciplined, very firm and can make tough decisions.

Number two, I look for people who are a hardworking, energetic; leaders actually should be hardworking, energetic, and be intelligent about how they deliver on expectations.

And thirdly, is a track record of the performance. I love people who have demonstrated, who have proven themselves, who earn their shirts, ,and not people who talk. Many people talk. It's so easy to talk, but getting things done. The discipline and rigor of execution that leads to performers, measurable outcome, is
is very difficult to find and that is a very critical in my appointment.

So those three factors drives my choice of leaders. They have helped me thus far and they're Worthy of emulation thank you.
