Who are they always rushing to impress?

You will see them commission a project without landscaping, where as, the 3D representation they showed the public would have a nice lawn, with tarred car parking and parking lanes drawn out. Yet the reality will be just be the typical sand with patchy grass here and there, and they will commission it like that.

What about the Lagos train they have been shouting about? Is anyone using it at this moment?

Why rush to commission it, if it isn’t ready for service?

the remaining money has gone into their pocket

a completed road should not have open drainage, or be without street lights. yet here we are with roads with wide open drainage and without street lights join

build hospital or something, the surrounding na red earth, no bricks in the compound and decent parking lot. just sand everywhere and it is commissioned
