They (mis)appropriate the money sent to them to top politicians while leaving the masses with meagre left-overs. This is where DSS have a lot of work to do. They should meet with the banks and demand transcript of receipts from CBN and breakdown of how the disbursals were made via ATM. That's the way to go.

Let the CBN provide the Transcript of disbursement to Banks.

The Banks' CEO are surely playing games with what they got but the CBN is also at fault on the supply side and since the people only deals with the DMBs, we tend to castigate them more.

CBN is also at fault here.

Most of the people you meet at the ATM spot are on a mission. They withdrawal for their oga which in turn, he gives them some percentage.


Imagine you deposited 200k each to all your loyal armies, then you tell all of them to withdraw 180k each and submit to you, then they take the remaining 20k each.


Now you go to the ATM to withdraw, you see a lot of armies in queue. You won't withdraw that day.


I went to UBA branch at 8:30 am, I saw three women seated in front of the ATM, waiting for withdrawal. It wasn't dispensing cash. I went to work. On my way home, I branched and I met the same women there.
