Just like the Title, is it a good decision to sell your property and leave Nigeria.

I have a family friend that is an orphan, his father left him a property which when he checked the prize was worth about 12M naira.
Now the issue is he is broke and working in a place where they dont pay him very well, he is thinking of leaving Nigeria but he dont have the funds to process his visa and the other things required, he is an Orphan so he doesn't have parents that he will take care of or something, his mind is telling him to sell this property and leave Nigeria and start afresh abroad but he is very confuse.

I have advice him to stay and continue his job hoping for something better.

Guys if you were in his shoes what will you do.
He is 30 years of age.

With the way things are going in Nigeria, I think selling your property to japa is the best and wise decision.

Even if he still insist he shouldn't sell all and invest in his country ,the grass is not always greener on the other side. You only know about the heat in your Country.

If you can't survive in Nigeria what makes you think you can survive outside Nigeria. Nigeria is a crazy tough place but selling your asset to go to the unknown won't help you, because you would just keep spending money on your problem.. learn to manage and respect your pennies, when your billion arrives you won't go waste it.
