No chaos

Greedy banks selling it to highest bidders and our politicians

Allowing our politicians to have their way..

And this whole policy was intended to ruin the plans of vote buying
But no matter what. It is gonna curb it a little

used almost 3k to withdraw 20k this morning

No problem

I will sacrifice for my nation

But what matters most is that tinubu plans be ruined

And for we masses lets suffer so that we will do away with tribalism this time around and do the right thing

Heard banks are even paying people with 5, 10, 50 naira note.
I was so happy infact let them add coins to it
So you think Tinubu doesn't have access to the new notes for vote buying?? Dey play, just dey play.
This policy is ill-conceived and that's the end of it.

You're wasting your time. Tinubu will be in his house and loads of cash will be delivered to him, it's you that will queue that I feel for. Lagos State Governor and other APCs Governors will order for this money and it will be delivered to them.

So shameful of the CBN and the politicians that are happy seeing ppl suffer just for politics.

These people have no conscience not to talk of shame, they own banks and control churches.

Nobody planned for this kinda suffering, I guess CBN as a whole acted ignorantly, you can't print a lesser amount of money to circulate the Economy while calling back old notes just within one month, it's never realistic, I wonder if any economic analysts was consulted before embarking on such disastrous policy...!!

The number one error they made was giving a deadline to deposit all old notes while the new notes was insufficient, that alone made almost everybody cashless reason for the current rush, now I'm afraid the whole aim of checkmating vote buying has been defeated. The only remedy is to allow both notes to circulate simultaneously until they ceased to exist just like the formal #100 notes. Else, I forsee massive protests in almost all states and destruction of government property before the general election...

May be and may be Buhari's plan all along was to create reasons for violent protests just to have an excuse for the election not to hold. Most of these African politicians can't be trusted, once they tasted power, they always found it difficult to respect their constitutional term.
