On Sunday night, the Afrobeats singer took home the award for ‘Best Melodic Rap Performance’ for her role in Future’s 2022 hit song ‘Wait for U,’ which featured Drake. The 2023 Grammy Awards were held at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena. Burna Boy, on the other hand, was excluded from the ‘Best Global Music Album’ and ‘Best Global Music Performance’ categories.
