The directive was given by IPMAN in Borno and only affects Filling stations in Borno Alone. Every other IPMAN member outside Borno will still dispense and sell petrol, diesel and Kerosene as available
The Borno chapter of the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) has directed members to suspend all operations.

In a statement signed on Tuesday by Mohammed Kuluwu, IPMAN chairman in the state, the marketers were also ordered to suspend the payment of ordering products from source until further notice.

The association said the decision followed, “the critical situation as it affect our sourcing and selling of product at lost (sic) and the action of the authority to impose the selling of product at a lost price (sic) on our side

Good clarification.

The same attitude of enduring the suffering of sit at home thinking it will hurt the FG, is what the usual suspects are displaying by thinking currency & fuel scarcity will hurt FG or Tinubu.

Meanwhile…corrupt politician spotted at ATM…

Na from clap dance dey start...it better end there (Borno), and all effort should be put in place to resolve it (i.e. turning the already rotten situation to a bad one), else what can best describe meeting fuel at N87 per litre and taking it to 3hundred and something naira with scarcity accompanying it? Well, all the blame now goes to opposition since PDP 16 years can't be blamed again.
It was earlier reported that The President summoned the CBN governor over scarcity of New Naira notes, when will he Summon the Minister of Petroleum and GMD of NNPC over this rising fuel prices and scarcity?
Yesterday the other one in charge of power openly denied ever saying power (electricity) in Nigeria can be fixed within 6 months of their reign, was expecting him to also deny that he said it wasn't rocket science... Turn and blame opposition for reporting them out of context. Dem don announce increase in minimum wage again, the last time I remember Ngige mentioned so after FEC but few days later another member of the same government refuted it. Now it's in the news again... They'll soon deny again...

Meanwhile, it's already reported on this forum that the meeting between President, the governors and the CBN has been called off. Hah! Na wa o

It is obvious PMB carried this thing handicap o, the governors scored one by getting the date shifted to 10th February, now PMB's +3.5 is now +2.5 in his favour. The meeting was an away encounter while PMB and Emefiele are home, second leg match couldn't hold.
When PMB appealed to them on 21st June 2022 to allow him select his successor just as he didn't interfere in theirs they turned around and ambushed him, now they are caught up in an ambush by the cabal they claim is hiding behind PMB. Enough na wa o and wonders lie ahead...
See image as PMB hook those desperate to have plenty cash (not money o, but physical cash, plenty of it in hand) before elections.
