If the said prophet demanded for offering, especially through transfer, some useless people here will still criticize him. Until we know that serving God is a personal decision. Under No situation or circumstances should we dissuade people from doing the will of God who want to. What about allowing them to pay and then create an avenue to help the needy among them who not only cannot but have not to pay? That way, the burden of not meeting up with required obligation and future laxity emanating from exercising oneself in such manner, would have being disallowed and erased.
