So, it seems the NLC invited Tinubu to its event on Tuesday but instead of attending, he decided to send a representative in Adams Oshiomole who was the Congress’ former leader.

However, when Oshiomole was invited to the podium and he told the audience that he was there to represent Tinubu and wanted to read his speech, the audience erupted with shouts of “no ooooo, no oooo”. Seeing that the audience didn’t want to hear Tinubu’s speech, Oshiomole requested to speak to them in his capacity as former president of the union, to which they still rejected with shouts of “no oooo”!

It’s an understatement to say that Oshiomole was visibly embarrassed.

But things like this only begs the question, where is Tinubu really popular at?

First time in history a Presidential Candidate runs away from any program he's invited only to attend the one arranged/controlled by his party men. He doesn't want scrutiny but wants to be President. I can't fathom how people still support Tinubu.
