Wow, mail will soon start dropping the fact the we have seen changes with our profiles.

But I suggest you wait for mail before making any changes. So that your change of interview center will be within the specified date of the interview.

Well we don't know if they've finished updating all the portals but if they've finished updating the portal and yet there's no changes, it is likely the candidate has not been shortlisted

for MSc candidates, are we supposed to have secured admissions in our university choices before the interviews?

You can just say that.
As we speak they have not sent out mail to anybody.
What we only have is that some portals have ben updated.
How about the fact that they are still updating portals that is why mails have not been sent out?
keep the faith and hope alive.

No. You can secure admission before or after the interview. That one is up to you. PTDF will not secure admission for anybody.
