In point of fact, this problem can be made worse by other things like menopause, oestrogen deficiency, pregnancy, obesity, and stress. 2. Beans are high in fiber and keep healthy tissue generation going, preventing breast sagging after pregnancy and as we get older.



3. Turmeric

Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties that prevent flow, especially in women’s breasts after breastfeeding.

4. Blueberries, peaches, and plums

all contain antioxidants that fight both cancer and aging. Additionally, these antioxidants keep blood vessels open, ensuring that blood flows smoothly. Because of the steady flow of blood, your bust will continue to be fuller and firmer.

5. Nuts and seeds

Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and anise seeds have a tendency to raise natural estrogen levels in the body, which can help maintain firm breasts. Nuts, like seeds, are good for your breast size because they are a good source of protein and fat.

1. Exercise: Doing push-ups every day will help you tone your breasts and back muscles.

3. Massage with fenugreek oil
