I am thankful to my employer Asset & Resource Management Holding Company (ARM HoldCo).

It's been tough in recent times for those of us living in Nigeria. From fuel scarcity/increase in fuel price to unavailability of the new Naira notes. We (all staff of ARM) received an email from our employer yesterday with the subject ‘Tough times, but we care’. The email emphasised the need to be more empathetic as people are going through a lot currently. A few moments later, we received a credit alert with the narration ‘Inconvenience Allowance’.

Asset & Resource Management Holding Company (ARM HoldCo). is indeed A Great Place to Work.

LoLz, if one man business employer help you in this period, they can say he's using your glory oh. Some will even help you convert it to the dollar equivalent to prove it's nothing.
But my God shall supply all my needs according to HIS riches in glory through Christ Jesus. This has worked for me all through my short life.

omoo....na last thursday morning i enter my department see our technical director cum founder.....omo fear first catch me say wetin dey sup....he dey try explain to my dept colleagues wetin FG dey try do with the naira re design and why and how the naira scarce bla bla bla......he come begin dey ask us how we dey cope ...aw much we take dey collect money from POS....he dey try encourage us sha ...say him appreciate say we still dey come work.....no allowance but the man get,,...one thing wey my senior colleague call employee empathy grin

Well my employer has been supportive in the following ways.
1. The management sold fuel to us from their own reserves at 180naira(formerly 170 before the latest increase)per liter. Each employee is entitled to 50litres per week..
2. Our salaries were increased by 14% this year..
