He has improved in leaps and bounds over the past few months but a lot has to do with the team he is surrounded with and the gaffer he plays for.... unfortunately which the clubs that want him just do not have.

No other team in Europe plays the game like Napoli does.... a silky smooth and well oiled machine....an absolute joy to watch week in, week out.

Am NT surprised....have seen him since his debuted at the under 17 years ago... Osimhen is good but that's NT wat makes him special... according to my analysis wat makes him special is his "INTENSITY" of play...his naturally a striker but he possess some level of tenacity u won't see from most no9...the wat he presses the ball is crazy...the way he charges and wants to win every ball ...the way he drives the ball..the way he uses his physicality ...this guy will play 90minutes and will look like he can still do another 90...during his time at Lille he was like that too. .

To me technically Halland seen a little better especially with the ball at his feet but talking of how much one imposes himself on a game....Victors is one of the best have ever seen

I respect and laud ur view but i will disagree a little ...the team they have in Napoli is good but there output this season can't be close to where they are without the strength of OSIMHEN...his the proper definition of a no9 and NT even the orthodox type ..he still drops into many spaces ...the language is the team got a way of playing around and to his strength....will he outscore Halland if he plays in a team like city....yes he will...why...?...cos he just has this crazy hunger wen upfront....is city having a better squad than Napoli...yes...even NT some miles ..so i tink it's more about a squad that works together and play to his strength rather than a squad blessed with quality

Even Napoli had to adjust the team and tactics over the past two seasons to suit his style of play. Osimen is not a ball, holder, just a pure striker so he needs ball holders behind and on the flanks.

There is not a single player in the present SE team that can hold the ball for more than 10 seconds or move it more that 30 yards at pace without losing it, even the more cultured players such as Iwobi, whereas Napoli has them in numbers.

The team Napoli is built to get the best out of him.
Once they understood his play they made wholesale changes to their forward line with older, established players leaving.
Napoli is a solid team, there are no individual superstars and lone rangers there.

As for whether he will outscore Haaland has to do with Pep's tactics.
Pep has never been big on traditional number 9's since his Barca days and Osimen will not get the kind of consistent service he enjoys at Napoli. Pep will not build the team around him (to serve him). Pep does not build teams around players.

As for other Premiership teams, Liverpool, United and Tottenham both have weak attacking midfields presently, Chelsea is still a project in the making while Arsenal's play is far too slow for the kind of open game Osimen needs to prosper. His best bet will be Spain, either Real or Barca and both are in dire need of replacement No. 9's

No am NT saying he creates himself...and infact we seen to be on the same page here...what am saying is the team was built it let m say reformed to play to his strength and ofcourse that means leaving out some players that will NT work with the project ...like u also mentioned ... Players like Mertens and insigne seem NT to work well with the project....the only thing i am trying to hammer on is ..the kinda players they have playing behind osinhmen isn't a quality u won't find in any other team in Europe ...just that wen the combination clicks in football it looks like a wild wire...

And our technical department isn't bothered about that.
Whereas it is their responsibility to develop the technical play of the team whether building the team around a player or adapting the players to a specific technical qualities.
