Akwa Ibom State have been lucky with Governors with developmental mindset especially from 2007 till date. No state in South South can challenge Akwa ibom state in terms of road network. What is lacking in Akwa ibom State is significant private sector investment. If that happens, Akwa ibom state will take over Rivers State.
