Hi please I'm looking to own my first Samsung phone...
I'm looking at the s21 or s20 Ultra.. my budget is 300k.
Which one should I go for? Thanks

I don't know the capacity of the s21 or s20 ultra.

But I will advise that you choose a phone based on what you want to achieve with the phone. If you want to do business, you choose the one with lonher battery life and higher memory space. If you want to use it to make calls and snap pictures, you might not need a longer battery lifer and higher memory space.
