Valentine's Day: What Happened To 'Zip-Up'? by jesusjnr2020(m): 3:36pm On Feb 14, 2023
I remember the 'Zip-Up' initiative vividly. It made a lot of sense to me at the time and I thought it was one of the best ideas i've ever seen devised to curb the amount of sexual immorality, unwanted pregnancies, sexually transmitted diseases etc., In the society.

They always say, 'abstinence is the best prevention...', so the sensitization was a much welcomed development in this regard.

For instance, the message would have made a significant difference today which many see as a day for lovers, when the tendency to commit sexual immorality was much higher than usual, however unfortunately I haven't heard or seen anything on that in recent times.

Whatever is the reason for that, I believe it's an idea which would still be much relevant in today's society, considering the rise of sexual immorality and related decandance these days, so it's worth being revisited and reintroduced for this purpose.

Regardless, that's the advice I have to all those it may concern.

ZIP-UP for your own good!

God Bless.

Jesus told the adulterous woman, "go, and sin no more" for her own good, so that could also be another way of saying, 'ZIP-UP'. John 8:11

God bless.
