Hi Guys, i formatted my PC and I've been trying to setup opengl in vscode, I'm using the sdl implementation but some functions like glClearColor don't seem to be defined

Opengl may not work on a laptop without a graphics card cause the framework comes together with a GPU.

Yes plenty laptops come without a GPU. Check yours.

I always go for Nvidia for Production/3d and Intel, that's odd but I can imagine stuff like a PI not having a GPU but a laptop that's new

No, they all have CPUs and a graphics driver but GPU is not always available in many laptops. I have one with a graphics driver but no graphics card or GPU.

And without which Opengl or Vulcan or any of the likes don't always work cause they come with the GPU from the manufacturers.

But I've seen people say it can be bypassed using another kind of framework.

I think the word gpu is being mixed up

As far as I know every modern pc comes with on-board /Integrated graphics. This would be Intel graphic or and integrated. These are part of the device cpu and will share or use system memory

Dedicated graphics would be an nvidia or amd graphics card with its own memory

That aside, as the op formatted the device, have all the drivers been reinstalled?

Assuming the device is Intel, download Intel dsa. It may simply be a graphics driver issue.

I have a GPU, Intel g41 express Chipsets,
My problems is setting up opengl Library to work with sdl2

All Laptops comes with a graphic card or else it wouldn't display anything.
