Let these governors sue the minister of petroleum to explain why fuel is being sold for N450 naira even with subsidy payment. Can't these governors constitute a task force to check hike in fuel prices in their various states?

Soludo and some other Governor raised alarm last year of CBN printing money to pay monthly allocations. There is more to this than we are meant to understand and the governors are not sincere in their agitation.

Had the governors joined the CBN in the suit, it immediately renders that suit null and void hence the "sense" they thought they had which they used to avoid joining the CBN as respondents to the suit.
