Holla...So i decided to collect my certificate from Delsu after about 7 years. When i got to the office, the first thing i saw was this poster essentially billing people that wish to get their certificates. So after all the fees paid during schooling, i still have to cough out 60k just to get certificate? This country is crazy!

Oh and also, to courier transcript is a whooping 50k....only in DELSU |
