An employee was sharing their screen during a presentation at work, suddenly a mail for a second stage interview popped up and everyone saw it.

N/B: Mind you all the management staff and board members were present in that meeting.

So as an Employee, what will be your next line of action?

HRs in the house, what will you do in such a situation?

I will be observing comments abeg, this is just for fun 😂🤣😅🙃 🙃 to ease the tension

If he or she is good at the job, the best thing I will do is to call him/her. Have a discussion with him/her about the dissatisfaction and possibly upgrade the pay and working conditions. Mind you, I have 50 people working for me in my firm.
