That video is from the 90s if not more recent judging from the look of the road. Right from the 60s, Nigerians have emulated their westernized counterparts in dressing. I have no idea how the clothes came, but Iām willing to guess from students who lived that way. Their borders were open for people to learn their ways and come back to teach the natives.
