The new notes were in circulation in jenuary. Even when pos was charging 20% for the new notes and normal charges for the old notes it can been seen in circulation at the time. But all of a sudden it disappeared. The 20% was then been charge for old notes because the old notes were scares as a result of people deposits.

Now the question is where are the new notes that was in circulation in jenuary? Did people put them in piggy bank?

Piggy bank should be discouraged at the moment. Especially those saving money from January to December.
