Seriously, it's becoming worrisome!

Name a street in Lagos where touts are not causing problems.
These set of thieves, killers and heartless humans, all in the name of transport workers/unions are mix of cultist and touts who go about smoking marijuana, colorado and so on in the streets of Lagos causing menace to the society and the Governor who calls himself Sanwo Olu can't fix this major problem.

These touts parade themselves as Tinubu boys and Oluomo boys but the government keep watching while the masses are suffering in the hands of the killers. No where is safe cos of touts and area boys in Lagos.

All around Ikorodu, from Imota, Isiu, Aleke, Adamo, Maya and so on around Lagos is now a safe haven for touts. I'm so ashamed of Lagos breeding murderers who parade themselves broad daylight, well known boys smoking marijuana and Colorado.

It appears the State government in Lagos is blind to this problem or they are benefiting from this evil

The State government is not blind but weak and full of shi.t.
Thus they will encourage shi.t to happen.

If I was governor, I'm rounding them up and taking them to Sambisa where they will be of use to the nation.

The government is an enabler of thuggery. If your car spoil for road na serious problem, if thugs in uniform don’t come to harass you.
