I thought "This one" told residents of his State to continue using the old N500 and N1000 notes.🤔

Then why is he not calling Gov Dapo Abiodun to order to stop instigating arson and anarchy by respecting the policies of his party. Naira redesign is an APC government policy which Tinubu has vowed to continue implementing if he wins the election.

This violence has to stop or Buhari will declare state of emergency in Ogun State.

Is burning of banks the solution? They should send the police to shoot any idiot at sight ......bunch of fools

They will still be the ones to suffer at the end of the day when these banks that are close to them totally shut down operations. I was told a new atm machine costs over #18m so it won't be that easy to replace.

Last push by Obi to make it look like Tinubu is causing trouble. It will fail and the arsonists will be arrested after election and they will join Kanu for 8 years of Tinubu's tenure

debacle.. 😕😕😕
No bank is neutral, they are all selling notes to the highest bidders.
Burning of banks is bad, the people should desist from it.

O ga o.

The directive from the President is an illegal directive that disobeys lawful court order.

Everyone should please call down.

Election holds in 5 days after day . You should all come out en masse to vote for Asiwaju. Only Asiwaju can stop them from turning your old notes into tissue paper.

Once Asiwaju wins, old notes will remain till December 2023 and Emefiele will be fired for incompetence.
Every one should remain calm please.

the problem is that most of our old notes (at least the legitimate ones) are already with the CBN. I fear the CBN would focus its energies on releasing new notes rather than sending back our old notes.

Re: Again, Protest Rocks Ogun Over Naira Scarcity, Banks Burnt by cuteboy2: 12:13pm On Feb 20, 2023
So Tinubu bankrolled Buhari to inflict pain, suffering and bad policies on Nigeria, as long as those terrible policies do not affect him personally. As soon as it impacts him personally, he begins to fight it.

Which of the terrible and injurious policies of Buhari govt has Tinubu ever condemned or suggested an alternative? He supported all 100% Now the chickens have come home to roost. Unfortunately, it is too late in the day. He is inextricably tied and linked to Buhari programs and policies.

These burning of banks and POS stands of innocent citizens has to stop, because the sword of state of emergency is dangling over Ogun and Oyo States. If that happens elections will not take place there. Once Ogun and/or Oyo votes are discounted, it will hurt Tinubu's chances even more.

Tinubu is shooting himself in the foot by tacitly supporting ongoing violence in Western states

MT:

All over the world, people bankroll others for different political positions. How that person governs squarely rests with him. Tinubu did not swear an oath to protect and defend the constitution. Hold your president and CBN governor responsible.

Tinubu is not accountable to Nigerians.

You are misplacing your grievances , Mister.

Let's talk about the fact and face the reality, people are unhappy and the economy is at mess.

This country need a Saviour and its on God that can save us. We should not add more to it, with our political sentiments. We are all one nigeria.

Allowing tinibu to be in total control of lagos and it's resources it's a threat to national security if lagos is not taken away from him and given to a responsible decent yoruba person in this coming election tinibu will continue to use the huge lagos resources under his control to cause national chaos as long as he lives.

I'm calling for vawulence, not violence.
