Bro, you don't get paid for your post hitting frontpage! What you get paid for is your thread hitting frontpage. And if your thread hit front page and you never got paid you need to contact Nairaland Customer Service pronto, because Nairaland makes lots of money from threads that hit frontpage, and they pay the thread's creator a share which can be up to 40-60% of the income your post generates.

When my post hit frontpage, which was never, the money they paid me was used to buy me the car you see below which I park in my living room and always drive in my dreams even to my toilet from my bedroom.

I can only inform you of my own thread hit front page experience so you don't miss out when yours does, though I am surprised the Nairaland Customer Service department have not contacted you personally to ensure you got paid. They usually are uber pronto and efficient and customer servicecy.

Maybe they got a backlog due to the upcoming election, and will contact you soon. Indeed that must be reason they are delayed. So, be patient. You will soon become thread hit front page megauber rich with a gold toilet and most expensive car in your dreams like mine.
