Asiwaju Bola Tinubu’s wife, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has made clear what she intends to do in the event that her husband breaks his promise to Nigerians. Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is the presidential candidate for the All Progressives Party (APC).

In the event that her husband “derails” after becoming president, the senator vowed to bring him back on track.

This was spoken by the former first lady of Lagos on Tuesday at the Teslim Balogun stadium in Lagos’ APC presidential campaign rally.

She said, “We will not disappoint you. Asiwaju will not derail after becoming president. You can count on me to bring him back to line should he derail.”

“We are now at a critical stage of our campaign. This is our grand finale. God is still faithful. Asiwaju can only become our next president if you go out and vote for him on Saturday,” she appealed to APC members and supporters at the stadium.

Tinubu added, “You know we have been consistent for the past 23 years, and we are not going to disappoint you. Asiwaju is not running because there is an opportunity for power. He is running because he sees a need he wants to meet.”
